Payment in full is required prior to departure.
Payment methods available in AUD Currency; Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Gift Vouchers
Redemption of gift vouchers can be used for the nominated flight / value or can be used towards a flight of higher value.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your flight to allow for passenger briefing.
Cancellation Policy
We request that customers provide reasonable notice for cancellation. At least 48 hours is preferable.
Cradle Mountain Helicopters will attempt to provide 48 hours’ notice in the event of unsuitable weather and flying conditions. Please note that emergency services shall take precedence during periods of natural disasters, i.e. bush fires.

Our Hangar is easily identified by 2 large blue hangars and Cradle Mountain Helicopters signage on the gate and hangar.
The first establishment once you turn onto Cradle Mountain Road is the Cradle Mountain Hotel on the right hand side, we are a further 500 metres along the road on the left hand side.
