SOUTHWEST ADVENTURE
Southwest World Heritage Area
The Southwest Adventure starts at the
Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre and departs via Cradle Mountain and Fury Gorge route.
The flight then leaves the Fury Gorge behind and tracks out through the heart of the Southwest World Heritage Area via the Eldon Range to the Towering Peaks of the West Coast Mountain Range. Somewhere on top of this Mountain Range we have our hidden helipad. From here we have an astonishing 360 degree panoramic view of the Southern Ocean, Macquarie Harbour, Gordon River, Strahan, Frenchmans Cap and the breathtaking Lake Burbury. Here you will be unquestionably experiencing the cleanest air in the world, whilst you have an option of including a cuppa and some nibbles whilst taking in the view on top of the mountain. On our way back we continue our trek north via Mount Sedwick and the Reynold Waterfalls before returning to the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre. This trip is a very unique and personal experience. When standing on the summit you can truly feel that purity and tranquillity that Tasmania is renowned for.
